Why I sell in small batches you have to reserve

The most common question I get is why you can't just buy a bag whenever you want.

Part of the answer is regulatory. As a Washington State Cottage Food Operation I can only sell within Washington State, I can't ship, and I can't use a delivery service. Local handoff isn't a style choice — it's the law I operate under.

But the bigger part is freshness. Granola made weeks ago and left on a shelf is a different product from granola made the day before you eat it. Making only what has been reserved means nothing sits, nothing is wasted, and every bag is at its peak.

It also means drops sell out. Twelve bags a week is genuinely all there is right now. If you want one, the text alert is your friend.
