What's Hotplate?
Small drops, zero waste, peak freshness.
Hotplate is an online platform that powers my small-batch releases. When you subscribe to my Hotplate storefront with your cell phone number, you will receive text notifications when I make a “drop” and my granola becomes available to pre-order.
Here's what that looks like for you
1. The sign-up
Sign up for text alerts on the Hotplate storefront. You'll get a direct link the moment reservations open, plus occasional updates on new products and events.
2. The drop
The notification link shows the quantity available and the handoff locations and time slots. As of January 2026, drops run about once a week with only 12 bags each — act fast.
3. The hand-off
You'll get an instant text confirmation and a reminder on the day with everything you need.
